The Celebration

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for shuttle transportation to the ceremony location and to ensure you don’t miss a moment.

Ceremony

4:00 to 5:00 PM

Set against a stunning overlook of the bay, our ceremony will be intimate, personal, and begin with a little surprise upon arrival.​

Cocktail Hour

5:00 to 6:00 PM

Cocktails on the lawn, great music, and an atmosphere that sets the tone for the night ahead.

Plated Dinner

6:00 to 7:00 PM

A multi-course plated dinner will be served, featuring your choice of three thoughtfully selected entrées.

Reception

7:00 to 11:00 PM

The celebration continues with music, cocktails, and a high-energy night we can’t wait to share with you.

Transportation

Shuttles will run to and from the hotels within our room blocks before and after the celebration. Overnight parking is permitted at the venue; vehicles must be removed by 10AM Sunday.

Dress Code

We request that our guests wear black for the evening. Think classic, elevated, and dressy — black suits, black dresses, or your favorite cocktail attire in black. Our wedding is not black tie, but we’d love for everyone to join us in creating this look.
